Column equipment for oil refining
Column equipment for oil refining forms the basis of process lines at oil refineries and petrochemical plants. The company designs and manufactures internals for tray and packed columns used for distillation, absorption, desorption and petroleum-product stabilisation. Different types of internals are used depending on the process, including atmospheric and vacuum crude-oil processing. All equipment is designed for the specific feedstock composition and the required degree of fraction separation. The high quality of metalworking and welding guarantees long service life in contact with aggressive media.

Internals for columns and reactors
The manufacture of internals for oil refining is one of Spliteks’s core business areas. The product range includes liquid and gas distributors, manifold assemblies, catalyst-bed retainers, scallops, centre pipes, inlet devices and filter elements. All products are designed for harsh operating conditions: high pressure, temperatures up to 550°C and corrosive process streams. The products are manufactured from alloyed and stainless steels, with every stage controlled from cutting to final heat treatment.

Equipment for oil-refining and petrochemical processes
Equipment for oil-refining processes includes not only columns but also heat exchangers, separators and reactors. The Serpukhov plant is equipped with CNC machines, laser-cutting lines and automated welding systems, enabling products to be manufactured with high repeatability.
Particular attention is paid to weld quality and component geometry. For each customer, a customised commercial proposal is prepared for internals, taking account of the feedstock composition and the required separation efficiency. The principal types of oil-refining equipment supplied also include feed-preparation units, reagent injection assemblies and wash-liquid distribution systems.
