SplitMesh mist eliminator
The device is a mesh pad woven from metal wire, polymer filament or a combined metal-polymer weave. The mesh pad (or its sections, depending on device dimensions) is secured by grids above and below. Depending on process requirements, the woven pad can have different specific densities (72–192 kg/m3), contact surface areas (130–655 m2/m3) and open areas (97.5–99.1%). Separation efficiency can reach 99.99%, with up to 100% removal of droplets 5 µm and larger.
